Bradley G. Davis, Attorney

Bradley G. Davis

Bradley G. Davis is the founder and principal attorney of the Seattle-based Bradley G. Davis Law Office PLLC, founded in 2005 and serving all of King County and Washington statewide in the areas of personal injury and employment law.

Mr. Davis earned his Juris Doctorate law degree from Seattle University School of Law in 1991, graduating cum laude and serving as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Puget Sound Law Review from 1990-1991. He is an AV rated attorney who has tried more than 50 cases to verdict.

Active in the legal community, Mr. Davis is a member of the King County, Washington State, and American Bar Associations. He is a member of Washington Defense Trial Lawyers and has served as a member and chair of the organization's Legislative Committee (2000-2002) as well as a member of the Executive Board (2000-2002). He is a Fellow of the American Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Davis also donates his time and professional services to provide legal counsel and representation on a volunteer basis within the local community. He is currently President of the Board of Directors of The Arc of King County and frequently represents The Arc and persons with disabilities on various legal matters.

Michael Kubecka, Associate Attorney

Michael Kubecka

Michael Kubecka is an Associate Attorney with the Bradley G. Davis Law Office. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Michael spent many years as a Registered Nurse working in Surgery and Medical/Surgical Oncology. While in law school he interned at the Seattle personal injury law firm Nelson Langer. After passing the Washington State Bar Exam, he worked in the legal research department at the international law firm K&L Gates before running his own family law and probate practice. Michael has been associated with the Bradley G. Davis Law Office since 2006.

Among other adventures Michael and his wife Janna have tent-camped across Europe; built a house; visited Angkor Wat and Iceland; and roamed the US in an RV for two years with their two cats on a "working vacation." This multi-faceted life gives Michael a unique skill set to determinedly resolve clients' legal dilemmas.

Alyta Loupe, Legal Assistant/Office Manager

Alyta Loupe

Alyta has been a personal injury and employment law legal assistant/paralegal/office manager in Washington for over ten years. She has been a member of Bradley G. Davis Law Office PLLC since 2007. 

Alyta works directly with clients and attorneys throughout the entire case process from intake through trial or settlement. She is responsible for and capable of handling any and all issues a client may have with his/her insurance company and in obtaining copies of important documents, such as medical and employment records or police reports. As a client’s case flows through the different stages of the legal process, Alyta provides updates to clients, insurance companies and medical providers. Once a lawsuit has been filed with the court, she drafts pleadings, schedules all depositions and hearings and prepares the case for trial.

Alyta is a Notary Public and has her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Law and Justice with a minor in Psychology through Central Washington University. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, running and hiking.


Johann Schmitz, Consultant

Johann Schmitz

Johann Schmitz began his legal career two years prior to graduating from the University of Washington in 1994.  Working with subrogation lawyers who supported the insurance industry, Johann was responsible for leading a "first response team" to major casualty loss scenes.  Johann worked with a variety of experts to investigate the causes and origins of structure failures, fires, and other catastrophic losses.

After several years working in the insurance industry, Johann parlayed his "street smart" field experience to the area of personal injury litigation.  Over the course of the following decade and a half, Johann used his unique skill set to evaluate cases, identify winning case strategies, and develop illustrative themes for court use.  Johann's methods have met with huge success.  Since his transition into the personal injury field, the cases in which Johann has served as the lead consultant have resulted in jury verdicts and settlements exceeding $41 million.

Today Johann continues to focus on case evaluation and the development of proven, winning litigation strategies.


Guin Becker, Legal Clerk/Administrative Assistant

Guin Becker

Seattle native Guin Becker serves the Bradley G. Davis Law Offices as a Legal Clerk and Administrative Assistant while pursuing degrees in Law, Societies and Justice, and Public Health at the University of Washington. Her expected graduation date is June, 2013.

Guin is involved in all aspects of case organization, assessment, and strategy in personal injury cases.  Her broad medical knowledge and strong organizational skills are very valuable in large, complicated medical cases. Guin has worked with the Bradley G. Davis Law Office since 2010.

In her spare time, Guin enjoys riding her horse, skiing, being outdoors, engaging in philanthropic activities with her sorority, and spending time with her mother and father, Fred and Ginny Becker, in Lake Forest Park.
